Operation Support Manager – Philippines
The Client:
As the leading corporation in the fast moving gaming industry, our client is now looking for an Operation Support Manager with extensive experience and knowledge within customer service and operation management.
The Position:
- The Candidate will be responsible for operations support – backend support for customer services and co-ordination with the other departments
- The Candidate will also work closely with the product managers in the formulation of campaigns, promotions and compensation plans to direct and motivate sales team in the pursuit of defined goals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service related experience
- Display excellent communication, problem solving and people skills.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, show initiative and a strong sense of
- Ability to master strong product knowledge of English Team and Chinese Team.
- Supportive of company goals and objectives, deliver departmental/team results and key objectives.
- Knowledge of poker/casino games is an advantage though not essential
- Preferably Mandarin and English speaking candidates
