Job Purpose
Our client is seeking to expand its team of Poker Security Specialist to work from their London office. You will be responsible for fraud investigation and prevention.
Language: Estonian
Key Responsibilities
• Verification of cash out
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Managing player accounts
• Responding to security and customer related emails
• Processing of Real money transfers
Essential
• Fluency in Estonian with an excellent command of English
• Investigation skills
• Knowledge of online money processing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong team player and have excellent organisational skills
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail
Desirable
• Experience in credit card fraud/investigation
• Previous banking /poker industry experience
