Technical Account Manager – Macau
Description
Our client is a global leader in gaming technology business, currently has a position open for an experienced Technical Account Manager based in Macau.
The role:
In this role, you will be the client’s primary point of contact for delivering support and coordination technical related services, provide technical support solutions to manage client requests and needs. You also required working closely with the sales team, ensuring all sales proposals match the right level of service with the solutions being sold to the casino clients in Macau.
Key Competencies:
- Technical support background and knowledge in casino and gaming products
- At least 3 -5 years experience with a gaming or technology company in relevant position in Technical support and/ or Account Management
- Outstanding relationship building, with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Action- oriented, strong analytical and problem solving ability
