The Position:

• The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for specifying the behaviour, organization, features, and characteristics of software systems and solutions based on a detailed investigation and study of user needs and requirements.
• Candidate must elicit user requirements and liaise with various project stakeholders to come up with a comprehensive and highly detailed specifications document of the different projects undertaken.
• Candidates will conduct research, perform detailed analysis, and justify recommended solutions.

Required Experience:

• Have a minimum bachelor’s degree
• At least four years in a lead systems analysis role for software and web systems in an enterprise setting.
• At least two years of software development experience as programmer, QA/tester, or team lead/project manager
• Strong grasp of established and emerging technologies, systems, platforms, and software.
• Ability to understand, analyze and evaluate business processes.
• Creative, analytical, and with strong problem solving skills.
• Independent but collaborative, driven, assertive, and willing to work on simultaneous projects.
• Relevant technical background in web technologies or background in software development.

Description

Our client are global leaders in gaming technology. Their Asia Pacific business has grown rapidly and thus an HR Director is required to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff
• Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire Company
• Directs recruitment processes, staffing, and employee relations
• Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff; encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff
• Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition
• Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, and other outside sources

Requirements:

The Position:

• The Candidate will be responsible for operations support – backend support for customer services and co-ordination with the other departments
• The Candidate will also work closely with the product managers in the formulation of campaigns, promotions and compensation plans to direct and motivate sales team in the pursuit of defined goals.

Requirements:

The Senior Designer is responsible for the creation of all online visual design, visual concept, logo and icon design. Candidate need to effectively communicate and coordinate with the information architect, writer and production artists to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message, and functions successfully for varying technical and performance specifications. The candidate must be capable of leading the creative aspects of a project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of five years experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: Interactive, agency creative, and graphic design
• Minimum of two years of experience in Web design preferably in the Online Gaming Industry
• Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
• Ability to create superior, original designs for the Web
• Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet.

• Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them.
