Your Position
As part of a small team, you will build and optimise our client’s community and poker school in the Japanese language.
The main focus of your work is the development of our client’s educational / teaching content. You are responsible for coaching videos, live coaching sessions and hand judgements. You will recruit and manage a team of qualified freelance employees and complete operational tasks on your own.
Delivering competent support to our client’s video producers and poker coaches is just as important as the regular quality control of all poker content and services that we offer. You are able to handle the variety of tasks and adhere to quality standards, budgets and deadlines.
It is your aim to secure the high standard of the Japanese content and to build the community through local content and perfect service. As an important interface between the company and the community, you are a very service and result orientated person.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and support our client’s team of poker experts for videos and live coaching sessions
- Direct support of the community in the forums as well as setting up a team of voluntary and professional experts for responses to poker related questions
- Quality control of the content of all videos and texts as well as the operational translation of very important videos and texts
- Informing the community of new content, features and events via news, forums and newsletters
- Building a team of poker coaches who produce videos and will help the community in the forums
- Creation of coaching videos
Your Profile
- Perfect knowledge of Japanese language.
- Substantial experience as a poker player

Product Manager – Mac clients – Gibraltar
Our client is a market leading iGaming business with an international presence. They operate Poker, Casino, Sportsbook and Game products via the internet. They are expanding into new regulated markets so there are excellent prospects of career prospects.
The Role
A Product Manager is required to manage and develop our mobile clients for Bets, Casino, Poker and Bingo on Mac platform client. You will work with the business, technology and product teams to define, plan, develop and our gaming client for all product ranges within the Mac sphere. Ideally, you will have a technical background with an in-depth understanding of software development lifecycles, application development, Mac environments, and user experience.
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of user behavior are also essential, as is a good understanding of web technologies.
As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
Plan, develop and maintain our Mac clients for all product ranges.
This will involve:
- Working with the business unit, technology and product teams to define detailed requirements for Mac clients and other product areas which impact the core client
- Responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign off for deployment
- Manage and drive the Mac and product offering including account- and payments-related functionality, game features as well as backend functions
- Develop and own the product roadmap for your platform. The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams
- Create functional specifications, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases

As a Product Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Brief Description:
A Product Manager is required to work on all aspects of online conversion and player account within an online gaming environment. You will work with business to define and enhance new and existing conversion initiatives and take responsibility for early user experience across multiple the products verticals. Ideally you must have experience in user account and cashier deposit functions, along with online usability best practices and web tracking. Strong analytical skills and understanding user behaviour are also essential with a good understanding of web technologies.
Detailed Description
As a Product Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
- Plan, develop and maintain conversion solutions for all product ranges, target groups and regions, working closing with their business units.
This will involve:
- Designing new sign up paths specific to different target audiences
- Analysis and optimisation of sign up paths

Your Position
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring that complete and accurate accounting information is available on a timely basis to enable preparation of monthly accounts and annual financial statements for four Group companies. You will take care of the maintenance of the general ledgers and review all journal entries and key account reconciliations, reviewing the trial balance for reasonableness prior to working with the Financial Controller to prepare the monthly and annual accounts. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with IFRS, particularly in the areas of provisions and contingent liabilities, and intangible assets, both of which are pertinent to the business.
Your Responsibilities
• Maintenance of the general ledger, including the Chart of Accounts and Schedule of Levels of Authorisation
• Review of all journal entries and account reconciliations
• Review and analysis of accounting information held

Your Professional Profile

• Demonstrable experience of statutory financial accounting including production of annual accounts to IFRS

Your Responsibilities
• You will prepare monthly Cost Centre reports and evaluate individual Cost Centre performance by monitoring various KPIs
• You will compare Cost Centre performance and prepare reports for the Management Board
• You will create variance analysis against budget and prior months and you will also support Departments Heads in investment planning
