Our client a leading iGaming Operator are looking to bring on a Senior Risk, Fraud and Payments Manager to head up their division in Europe. You will be responsible for managing a direct team of 3 who in turn manage a team of over 20 executives.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:
- Run a tightly controlled payment processing and Fraud/Risk monitoring team ensuring they are :
- Focused on the prevention and detection of fraud

- Identifying, evaluating, integrating and developing next generation payment solutions by liaising
- Researching different markets and identifying different payment solution taking in consideration the group strategy, single country characteristic and competitors offer with stakeholders to gather internal and external business requirement
- Coach, inspire, manage and provide day to day support to the Fraud, Risk and Payment team.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the establishment, co-ordination, development and embedding of the global verifications management framework and ensuring that the overall verifications strategy is aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will manage the company’s global verification function based in worldwide and have proven operational management skills and experience gained in a large organisation. Excellent communications skills are vital as you will be communicating complex issues to board members downwards. This is a key role within the organization and the selected candidate will possess strong online gaming experience in a relative promotions field preferably within a poker and /or casino environment.
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Services Director, the primary function of this role is to take overall responsibility for online Poker, Casino and Games promotions. Focusing on Poker, Casino and Games products the Head of Promotions will centrally drive the creation and execution of promotions targeting both existing and new customers in order to nurture the value of the player base.
Responsibilities include;
