Specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Implements rules, policies and procedures and generally works to improve customers and staff processes.
  • Co-operate with the IT Department to set up rules for Fraud and Risk Management
  • Investigates security issues involving players, e.g. Collusion, All-in Abuse, Chat abuse etc.

Brief Description:
Manage online gaming portal and backend functions and supervise a team of Product Managers. This includes the resource planning of your team, guidance of product strategy and scope, specification review and escalation handling and fallback for individual contribution.
Develop, facilitate and own the product strategy/vision and roadmap/pipeline for their gaming platform in consultation with management. The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects (from product side or requestors within or outside the company), determining the product effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams

Detailed Description:

  • Conduct competitive analysis for the gaming platform and features to identify areas of opportunity and develop and maintain detailed and up-to-date analysis of the competitive landscape.
  • Continually review current products for additions or changes that help drive closer to company goals.
  • Integrate products developed by their bookmakers, other departments or third parties seamlessly into the existing gaming platform.
  • Besides managing a team, also own a product/feature by yourself, create functional specifications, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases

Job Requirements:

  • 3 or more years online and technical product management experience, including the creation of detailed functional specifications and an understanding of typical production and software development processes.
  • A proven track record of developing and launching online products and platforms, as well as identifying new market or competitive requirements and accordingly transforming their online (gaming) platform and pushing its capabilities to the next level.
  • Excellent understanding of website management, usability and content management.
