Web Designer – Canada

Our client runs a number of Sportsbook, Poker and Casino websites; they are now looking to recruit a Web Designer to join their already established team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building websites, maintaining and updating the websites, designing and developing promotional material for campaigns including email marketing, banners, print material and advertisements.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a web design role; ideally with experience within the online gaming and betting industry.

    South American Regional Marketing / Brand Director – Brazil

    Our client is listed holding company behind a number of online betting & gaming brands. The company offer sports-betting, bingo, poker and casino games. Due to reinvestment and continued growth, the company is seeking to appoint a senior marketing professional to provide leadership to an existing team and strategically invest a significant budget to further promote the brand throughout South America.

    Responsibilities:

    • To further develop the brand by investing a multi-million Euros budget into media channels and advertising agencies across South America.
    • Be responsible for finding and negotiating commercial partnerships and supplier deals with advertising agencies
    • Present full visibility on all expenditure and provide metrics on advertising campaigns to senior management when requested.
    • Take full responsibility for return on investment for each campaign to meet quarterly and annual objectives set by the board.
    • Manage and lead a marketing department of team of 20-30 people

    Investigator (Poker Specialist) – Costa Rica

    Job Purpose:

    Due to the company growth, our client’s are seeking an experienced Investigator (Poker Specialist) to join the Security Investigation Team in our client’s locations. You will work within the Security Investigations Team as part of the overall Security Department.
    The primary role of the Fraud Team is to prevent and detect fraud on their website and involves utilising a number of detection techniques in order to identify high risk accounts, detect unusual activity, investigate and subsequently close suspicious accounts in order to mitigate risk and to help prevent and detect fraud and comply with the company’s regulatory and legislative requirements

    This will include verification of players’ information; live monitoring of player activity; actively spotting and reporting fraudulent activity and trends; responding to player’s queries and maintaining accurate system records within tight timescales. You will report to the Investigations Manager who is also based in London.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow procedures as outlined in the Security Policy and Procedures Document;
    • Reviewing & monitoring live reports to prevent and detect possible fraud and players breaching their terms and conditions
    • Detect fraud patterns and trends, reporting these accurately to colleagues and management.
    • Initiate Fraud investigations and update ongoing cases whilst all the time compiling comprehensive reports.

    Poker Room Manager – Argentina

    Job Purpose
    To oversee and manage the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) and game offerings for our client in Latin America, taking ownership of all activities, budgets and results. To work alongside the Poker Room Management and Customer Relationship Marketing teams in dealing with high-profile escalations from other departments and other general management tasks. To strengthen the company’s presence in Latin America.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible and accountable for all CRM activities in Latin America
    • Plan, design, execute and analyze all conversion, retention and VIP operations in the region, working closely with the country managers and regional director
    • Optimize and monitor conversion and retention program
    • Monitor and maintain the Latin American game offerings from week-to-week, including deployment of tournaments
    • Work with the Latin American marketing team on promotions and other marketing efforts

    Director of Poker Marketing – USA

    The Poker Marketing Director is responsible for developing the Global marketing strategy for our client’s poker product, including branding, promotions, and live events. The Poker Marketing Director is the primary liaison between Marketing and Product Management for the .com product.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Director of Poker Product Management on developing the Poker Vertical Strategy, providing input and analysis. Serve on the Poker Product Management Board of Directors.
    • Based on the Poker Vertical Strategy, develop our client’s poker Marketing Strategy, including positioning, budget, and Global marketing activities. Focus is primarily on acquisition activities.
    • Develop Poker global brand strategy, including positioning and key messages. Communicate this across countries and channels to ensure consistency in communication. Consult with countries or channels on adapting the Poker message for their country and channel. Serve as brand watchdog to keep entire company on brand
    • Supervise the creation and execution of Global promotions to meet financial goals for the product. This includes full analysis and forecasting of the promotions’ revenue and profitability impact.
    • Collaborate with VP of Marketing and other Directors to allocate poker marketing budget across channels and countries to meet financial goals
    • Track and manage the Poker marketing budget, providing regular reporting to management
    • Analyze and report on ROI and profitability of marketing spending by channel, media, and campaign including coordinating reporting from countries and channels to give an overall picture of Poker Marketing performance and make recommendations on allocation of budget

    Poker Affiliate Manager – Panama

    You will be directly responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the newly created poker affiliate program.

    Key Responsibilities
    Identification and recruitment of new affiliate partners- affiliate acquisition
    Deliver on weekly and monthly traffic and sales targets
    Implementing strategies to maximize player generation from affiliate partners
    Working with existing Sports and Casino Affiliate Managers to cross promote poker to current affiliates

    Events Manager – Costa Rica

    Responsibilities
    • A major component of this position is to manage a World Class poker tournament, currently held in Aruba and another held in Las Vegas. Other events as applicable each year will also fall under their responsibility
    • Plans and executes marketing events, such as poker tournaments and other customer related events.
    • Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
    • Procures and coordinates vendor services.
    • Coordinates facility, exhibit/event set-up, equipment and catering requirements.
    • Provides on-site event support.
    • May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
    • Negotiate contracts and deals with senior level people
    • Deal and manage million dollar budgets
    • Manage a broad group of people within the company to deliver the event such as designers, copywriters, support staff, and online resources
    • Work with external resources to ensure an event’s success (hotels, governments, regulators, other consultants and resources)
